• Supersonic Ultra Hard Carbide HVOF (High Velocity Oxy-Fuel) System:

  • This cutting-edge system delivers coatings at speeds exceeding Mach 1, resulting in exceptionally dense and wear-resistant coatings.
  • We specialise in applying coatings of Tungsten carbide, Chrome Carbide, Nickel, and Stellite.
  • This technology surpasses traditional hard chroming and flash chroming methods in many applications.

• Thermal Arc Spray System:

  • This system enables the recoating of badly worn components to their original specifications.
  • We can engineer improved components by applying coatings of superior alloys to existing substrates.
  • Our twin-wire arc system allows for the spraying of alloy mixtures, creating 'pseudo-alloys' with enhanced wear resistance, corrosion resistance, or both. This is particularly beneficial in demanding mining applications.
